Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1–2 sachets daily, or as professionally advised.
Children 6–12 years: Take 1 sachet daily, or as professionally advised.
Empty the contents of one sachet into a cup and add 200 mL hot (not boiling) water or cold water. Stir until dissolved.
