Motex Surgical Face Mask are suitable for OR, ER, patient care area, oral, dental procedure, clinics, isolation, IC practices, patients and other applications.

Directions: Use over nose and mouth and loop around ears. Dispose of conscientiously.

Precautions: when worn properly may reduce potential exposure of the wearer to blood and body fluid but do not eliminate the risk of contracting any disease or infection. Do not continue to use when bad odour occurs in breathing after a long time. Avoid contact with outer surface of mask when removing to prevent contamination.

• 1. Do not pull the body of the face mask to over from between the face and the mask.
• 2. Replace with a new set of face mask upon entering or exiting potential infectious area, and at times when either one become unusable (i.e. has a rip or a tear)
• 3. Replace when there is unusual smell in breathing.
• 4. Avoid contact with the outer surface of the face mask when taking it off to prevent infection and contamination.
• 5. Store in a cool and dry place.
