BLIS Daily Defence with BLIS K12™ is an advanced oral probiotic lozenge designed to help support and protect your natural immune system starting at the mouth and throat, which is often the gateway to overall health. The product contains a beneficial strain of Streptococcus salivarius K12, a probiotic originally isolated from healthy mouths and throats, that helps crowd out harmful bacteria and support a balanced oral microbiome when dissolved slowly in the mouth. These strawberry‑flavoured lozenges are suitable for daily use for ages 3 years and over and can be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Directions
Slowly dissolve 1 lozenge on the tongue once or twice a day, ideally after brushing teeth. In times of high need, a maximum of 4 lozenges per day may be taken. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after taking a lozenge to allow effective colonisation and action in the mouth and throat.

Made on equipment that also processes milk and soy. Store below 25 °C.
