Hydralyte Effervescent Orange Tabs 20s are electrolyte effervescent tablets designed to help rapidly rehydrate the body when fluids and electrolytes are lost due to dehydration from vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, heat, travel, vigorous exercise or occasional hangovers. They dissolve in water to create a fizzy hydration drink with a balanced glucose‑electrolyte formula that supports fluid absorption more effectively than water alone.

Directions:
Remove two effervescent tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve the tablets in about 200 mL of clean, cold drinking water and wait until fully dissolved before drinking. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms of dehydration persist. Discard any unused solution after 2 hours or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks. Always dissolve tablets in water — never place the tablets directly into the mouth.
Ingredients:
Per tablet: Glucose 1.62 g, Citric Acid 672 mg, Sodium (from Sodium chloride) 34.5 mg, Potassium (from Potassium chloride) 78 mg, Sodium (from Sodium bicarbonate) 103.5 mg. Other ingredients may include sugars, sucralose, mannitol and flavouring agents.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists beyond appropriate timeframes (e.g., more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, longer in older children and adults). If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use if the cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains sodium and potassium; use only as directed.
