Directions

Shake well before use. Take after food.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 5ml per dose.

Children aged 7–12 years: Take 2.5ml per dose.

Children aged 0–6 years: Use Artemis Kids ChestRelief instead.

For ongoing support: Take the recommended dose once daily.

For acute support: Take the recommended dose up to 4 times daily.

Always follow the directions on the product packaging.

Active Ingredients per 5ml dose:

• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): Tincture equivalent to 320mg dried herb and flower

• Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Tincture equivalent to 250mg dried root

• Ivy Leaf (Hedera helix): Tincture equivalent to 105mg fresh leaf

• Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum): Tincture equivalent to 75mg dried bark

• White Horehound (Marrubium vulgare): Tincture equivalent to 55mg fresh herb

• Elecampane (Inula helenium): Tincture equivalent to 53mg fresh root

• Aniseed Oil (Pimpinella anisum): 12.5 microlitres

Other Ingredients:

Ethanol and non-palm vegetable glycerine.
