Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: 2 sprays into each nostril once daily.
Children 6–12 years: 1 spray into each nostril once daily.
Shake gently before use. Tilt head slightly forward and insert nozzle into the nostril. Spray while gently inhaling. Clean nozzle after use.
