Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Dilute 5 ml in a small glass of warm water (usually 30 ml) and gargle for at least 30 seconds, then spit out.
Children 6-12 years: Dilute 2.5 ml in a small glass of warm water and gargle, then spit out.
Do not swallow. Use up to 3-4 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
