Cold & Flu Night Capsules – Multi-Symptom Relief
These night-time soft capsules are formulated to help ease multiple cold and flu symptoms so you can rest and recover. Each dose targets common discomforts including congestion, headache, fever and chesty coughs — helping you breathe easier and sleep more comfortably.
Helps relieve up to 6 common symptoms:

Ideal for use in the evening or at bedtime.
Directions
Adults & children 12 years and over:
Take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours at night as needed.
Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.
Do not use for more than:

a few days in adults
-
48 hours in children 12–17 years
unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Active Ingredients (per capsule)

Paracetamol 500 mg – Helps reduce pain and fever

Guaiphenesin 100 mg – Assists in loosening mucus for a more productive cough

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 6.1 mg – Helps relieve nasal congestion and runny nose

Phenylephrine may cause sleeplessness in some people

Do not use:

In children under 12 years

With other medicines containing paracetamol

If packaging is damaged

If you are currently taking other cold & flu medicines
Seek medical advice before use if:

You have high blood pressure, heart problems, or are taking antidepressants

You are pregnant or taking other medicines
