DURO-TUSS PE Dry Cough 200ml

Duro-Tuss PE Dry Cough Liquid + Nasal Decongestant contains a double action formulation which relieves dry coughs and clears a blocked or runny nose. The liquid coats the throat to help soothe the irritation. Contains Pholcodine, a cough suppressant to help stop your urge to cough. Also contains Phenylepherine, a nasal decongestant which helps clear the nose and stop it running.

DIRECTIONS

Adults & Children over 12 years: 10-15ml every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times per day).
Children 6-12 years: 5-10ml every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times per day).

Use in children 6-12 years of age only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.

Per 15mL: Pholcodine 15mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg

WARNINGS

Do not use this medication in children under 6 years; if seal is broken; if past the expiry date.

Caution: This medication contains 14.7g sorbitol per 60mL (maximum recommended daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. This medicine may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid Alcohol. This medicine may cause sleeplessness if taken up to several hours before going to bed. Also contains hydroxybenzoate and saccharin sodium.
