Directions
Before take‑off or altitude changes, insert a pair of earplugs snugly into each ear.
Leave them in place during cabin pressure changes — including ascent and descent — to help regulate ear pressure and reduce discomfort. Remove after pressure stabilises (typically after landing).
Use only clean hands to insert and remove.
