Directions
Add approximately 6 level scoops (≈53.8 g) of powder to about 195 mL of cold water, then stir or shake until fully dissolved to yield one 230 mL serving. Use once or twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store unopened cans at room temperature; once opened cover and use contents within 3 weeks. Consume prepared servings immediately or refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
