Directions
Diffuser (3 months+): Add 4–6 drops to water in a diffuser.
Bath or Massage (6 months+): Dilute in carrier oil (1 drop per 1 tbsp for 6–24 months, 4 drops per 1 tbsp for 24 months+). Massage onto chest, arms, or legs, or add to bath water. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
