Directions

Prepare the solution by mixing one sachet with the recommended amount of warm water (as per instructions).

Lean over a sink, tilt head slightly forward and to one side.

Gently squeeze or pour the solution into one nostril, allowing it to flow through the nasal passages and out the other nostril.
