FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Gentle Strength Kit is a non-medicated nasal and sinus irrigation system designed to help relieve nasal and sinus congestion due to colds, flu, sinusitis, hayfever, allergies and post-operative nasal care.
The kit contains premixed dry saline powder sachets that, when mixed with warm water in the included squeeze bottle, create a mild isotonic wash that helps clear excess mucus, allergens and debris from nasal and sinus passages - supporting natural nasal hygiene and comfort.

Directions
- Boil 200 mL of water and allow to cool until lukewarm.
- Empty one sachet into the FESS® wash bottle.
- Fill the bottle with the lukewarm water to the marked line, secure cap and tube, and shake until dissolved.
- Lean over a basin, place the bottle tip gently into one nostril, mouth open, and squeeze gently so the solution flows through the nasal passages and out the other nostril.
- Repeat in the other nostril with remaining solution.
- Discard unused solution after 2 hours and clean the bottle after each use.

• Sodium bicarbonate
(When reconstituted with water, this forms a mild saline wash.)
Warnings
• For external nasal use only; not to be taken orally.
• Do not use if nasal passages are completely blocked or if there is a suspected ear infection.
• Discontinue use if wash causes pain or excessive irritation and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
