DIRECTIONS

Maintenance dose: Adults - 1 tablet dissolved daily in 200ml water. During times of intense stress or panic 2 tablets dissolved per day. Children from 12 years maintenance dose is half a tablet dissolved in water and in times of extreme stress 1 tablet dissolved per day.
