Directions
Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Chew slowly until a strong taste or tingling sensation appears, then stop chewing and park the gum between your cheek and gums. When the taste fades, chew again. Repeat this “chew and park” process for about 30 minutes. Follow a 12-week reduction program:
• Week 1–6: 1 piece every 1–2 hours
• Week 7–9: 1 piece every 2–4 hours
• Week 10–12: 1 piece every 4–8 hours
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and do not chew more than one piece at a time.
