Directions
Shake well before use.
Adults and young adults (over 12 years): Take 5 ml up to five times per day to support blocked noses and heavy sinuses. For sinuses discharging mucus, take 5‑10 ml up to five times per day. Pair with complementary products in the range for best results.

Each 5 ml dose contains:
• Echinacea purpurea extract equivalent to dry root — approx. 998‑1008 mg
• Pelargonium sidoides extract equivalent to dry root — approx. 150‑208 mg
• Elder (Sambucus nigra) extract equivalent to dry flowers — approx. 833‑924 mg
• Ribwort (Plantago lanceolata) extract equivalent to dry leaf — approx. 1330‑1342 mg
• Horseradish (Amoracia rusticana) extract equivalent to dry root — approx. 374‑376 mg
• Ginger (Zingiber officinalis) essential oil — approx. 1.45‑1.5 mg
Base ingredients include chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
