Directions
Shake the bottle well before each use.
Adults (12 years and over): Take 5–10ml, 2–4 times daily.
Children (2–12 years): Take 2.5ml, 3–4 times daily.
Infants (1–2 years): Take 1.25ml, 2–3 times daily.
For best results, swill the tonic in the mouth for around 10 seconds before swallowing. The tonic may also be diluted in warm water and taken as a tea.
