Directions
Apply generously before sun exposure.

Apply liberally and evenly to all exposed areas of skin.

Use approximately 7 teaspoons (35ml) to cover the body of an average-sized adult.

Apply at least 20 minutes before going outdoors.

Reapply every 2 hours, or more frequently when sweating.

Reapply immediately after swimming, towel drying or excessive perspiration.
Sun Safety Advice:

Wear protective clothing, a broad-brimmed hat and sunglasses.

Seek shade whenever possible, particularly between 10am and 3pm.

Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, even when wearing sunscreen.
