Directions

For use with a compatible CareSens Dual blood glucose and ketone meter.

1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before testing.

2. Remove one KetoSens test strip from its individual foil packaging.

3. Insert the test strip into the meter with the contact bars facing upwards.

4. Prepare a compatible lancing device with a new sterile lancet.

5. Obtain a small blood sample from your fingertip.

6. Touch the blood sample to the narrow edge of the test strip.

7. Allow the strip to absorb the required blood sample.

8. Wait approximately 8 seconds for the blood ketone result to appear on the meter.

9. Remove and safely dispose of the used test strip and lancet.

Important: Use a new test strip for every test. Do not reuse test strips.
