Directions

Apply a moderate amount to the affected area and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use 2-3 times daily or as needed. Wash hands after application unless treating hands.

Ingredients

Water (Aqua), Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, Camphor, Eucalyptus Oil, Glycerin, Emulsifying Wax, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol.

Warnings

I gave 4 stars as got this product for my elderly mother. Her knees were so sore that she cud barely walk. She had to see a doctor that put her on a strong painkiller. So the 2 were combined. In my opinion I'd say it is helping a lot
