LEMSIP Max Sachets are a cold and flu relief hot drink powder designed to help temporarily ease symptoms associated with colds and influenza, including headache, fever, body aches, sore throat and nasal congestion.
Each single‑dose sachet dissolves in hot water to make a soothing drink that combines pain and fever relief with a decongestant effect, allowing you to feel more comfortable while your symptoms improve.
This non‑drowsy formula is intended for symptomatic relief during cold and flu episodes.

Directions
Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug and add hot (but not boiling) water. Stir until fully dissolved. Consume while warm for best comfort. Adults and children aged 12 years and over may take one sachet every 4–6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 sachets within 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor. Always follow the label directions or consult with a healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Active ingredients per sachet:
• Paracetamol 1000 mg — pain reliever and fever reducer.
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.2 mg — nasal decongestant to help clear blocked nose.
Other ingredients: may include ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sucrose, citric acid, sodium citrate, sweeteners such as aspartame and saccharin, flavourings (e.g., lemon or blackcurrant) and sodium — check the specific box for complete formulation and allergens such as lactose.

• Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not take with any other products containing paracetamol to avoid overdose, which can lead to serious liver damage.
