Maxigesic PE Cold, Flu & Sinus Relief is a triple‑action medicine combining pain relief, anti‑inflammatory action and a nasal decongestant in one tablet to help combat the symptoms of colds, flu and sinus congestion. It is formulated to relieve headaches, body aches, sore throat, fever, inflammation and blocked or runny nose — providing multi‑symptom support with a single tablet.

Directions
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets every 4 hours as required, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not halve tablets. Do not use in children under 12 years. Do not take for longer than a few days at a time (adults) or more than 48 hours at a time (12–18 years) unless advised by a doctor.
Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg — pain relief & fever reducer
• Ibuprofen 150 mg — anti‑inflammatory and pain relief
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg — decongestant to help open blocked nasal passages
Warnings
• Do not use if allergic to paracetamol, ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti‑inflammatory medicines.
• Not suitable for people with stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems, heart issues, high blood pressure, or asthma unless advised by a doctor.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
• Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol, ibuprofen or nasal decongestants.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.
