Directions
Ensure skin is clean and dry. Tear open the packet, remove the protective film, and apply the adhesive side to the affected area. Leave in place for up to 8 hours. Use only one patch on the same area in a 24‑hour period. Discard after single use. Do not cut, fold, soak, or massage the patch.
