Directions

Remove one pad from the packaging.

Peel away the protective strip covering the adhesive backing.

Place the pad adhesive-side down inside close-fitting underwear, positioning it at the front for optimal protection.

Replace the pad when soiled or at regular intervals. Dispose of used pads in household waste. Do not flush.
