Directions
Gently hold the eyelid taut and use short, feathery strokes to draw the eye pencil as close as possible to the lash line, moving from the outer lashes inwards towards the nose. For more open‑looking eyes, apply liner to both the top and bottom lash lines, making the top line slightly thicker.
