Directions
Hold the wand horizontally at the base of the lashes and wiggle it gently back and forth to build thickness at the roots. Sweep up toward the tips. Apply one coat for a natural look or two to three coats for more dramatic volume. Remove with micellar water or a dedicated eye makeup remover.
