Directions
Warm a small amount of oil in the palms of your hands and massage onto the body using a mix of circular strokes, soft sweeping movements and gentle acupressure — lightly pushing, pressing and tapping the skin without dragging or pulling. Avoid showering immediately after a massage to allow essential oils to be absorbed.
