Directions
Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. Cut or tear a suitable length of tape and apply it directly to areas prone to rubbing such as heels, toes or sides of the foot. Smooth gently to ensure the tape adheres well to the skin. Replace as needed, especially after heavy activity or exposure to moisture.
