Directions
Mix one saline packet with 240ml of lukewarm distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water. Lean over a sink, insert the bottle tip into one nostril, and squeeze gently to rinse. Repeat on the other nostril. Use once or twice daily as needed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
