Directions
Wash hands and fill a clean nasal rinse bottle or neti pot with lukewarm distilled, microfiltered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water. Cut open one sachet and pour its contents into the bottle. Tighten the cap and shake gently to dissolve. Lean over a sink, tilt your head forward comfortably, place the nozzle in one nostril, and gently squeeze or flush the solution so it flows through the nasal passages and exits the opposite nostril. Blow your nose gently after rinsing. Repeat on the other side. Typical use is once or twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
