Nutra-Life Fish Oil One-a-Day (OceanClean™) is a high-strength Omega-3 supplement providing three times the Omega-3 content of standard 1,000 mg fish oil capsules — all in a convenient one-a-day dose.
Rich in EPA and DHA, it supports joint comfort and mobility, while also helping maintain heart, brain and skin health. The fish oil is sustainably sourced from mackerel, sardines and anchovies, and is molecularly distilled for purity. Directions
• Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food and a glass of cold water
