Its potent arnica formulation supports normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion, helping soothe and calm affected areas when applied externally to unbroken skin.

Directions:
Apply liberally to the affected area three to four times a day or as needed, but only on unbroken skin. Gently massage until absorbed and repeat after activity or showering.
Ingredients:
Active herbal tinctures include:
• Arnica montana 1:5 10%
• Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) 1:5 1.5%
Natural cream base: purified water, grapeseed oil, capric/caprylic triglyceride, glycerol monostearate, glycerine, schlerotium gum, Ecocert emulsifier and Ecocert preservative.
