Directions

For acute support:

1. Spray 2 sprays under the tongue.

2. Repeat at 15-minute intervals for up to 6 doses, if required.

3. Thereafter, reduce to 2 sprays up to 3 times daily as required.

For ongoing support:

Take 2 sprays under the tongue, 3 times daily as required.

Reduce the frequency when symptoms improve and discontinue use when symptoms have resolved.
