NUROFEN Child Liquid Strawberry 100 ml is a paediatric liquid ibuprofen suspension that helps relieve fever, pain and the symptoms associated with colds, flu and minor ailments such as teething or headaches in children.
The pleasant strawberry flavour and supplied dosing syringe make it easier to administer to young children.
This oral suspension starts working quickly to help reduce discomfort and aid comfort during illness.

Directions
Shake the bottle well before each use. Use the provided oral syringe or dosing device to measure the correct amount. Give doses every 6 – 8 hours as needed, leaving at least 4 hours between doses. Do not give more than the recommended dose in 24 hours. Recommendations vary by age/weight:
• 3 – 6 months (weighing > 5 kg): 2.5 ml up to 3 times in 24 hours (do not use longer than 24 hrs)
• 6 – 12 months: 2.5 ml 3–4 times in 24 hours
• 1 – 3 years: 5 ml 3 times in 24 hours
• 4 – 6 years: 7.5 ml 3 times in 24 hours
• 7 – 9 years: 10 ml 3 times in 24 hours
Always leave at least 4 hours between doses and do not exceed the maximum in 24 hours.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Ibuprofen 100 mg per 5 ml oral suspension.
Other Ingredients: Maltitol liquid, water, glycerol, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium saccharin, strawberry flavour, xanthan gum, polysorbate 80 and domiphen bromide.
Warnings
For oral and short‑term use only. Do not give this medicine to children under 3 months of age or weighing less than 5 kg. Keep all medicines out of sight and reach of children. Do not give more medicine than the label directs. Do not use if the child has had stomach ulcer, bleeding disorders, sensitivity to ibuprofen, aspirin or related painkillers, or fructose intolerance. Consult a healthcare professional before use if your child has asthma, diabetes, liver, kidney, heart or bowel problems; is dehydrated; has chicken pox; or if symptoms worsen or persist. If serious allergic reactions occur, discontinue use and seek medical help.
