Directions for Use
Take with water.
Adults under 65 years and children aged 12 years and over:
Take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily as required, allowing at least 8 hours between doses.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days (2 days for adolescents aged 12–17 years). Excessive or prolonged use may be harmful and may increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, or liver damage.
In the event of an overdose, seek immediate medical attention, even if no symptoms are present, due to the risk of delayed and serious liver damage. May contain traces of sulfites. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Do Not Use If:

You have or have had stomach ulcers, gastric bleeding, or other stomach disorders

You have impaired kidney or liver function, or heart failure

You are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other anti-inflammatory medicines

You are taking other products containing ibuprofen, paracetamol, or anti-inflammatory medicines
