Directions
Sit upright with feet flat on the floor and relax for a few minutes before measuring.
Place cuff on the upper arm with the bottom edge about 1–2 cm above the elbow.
Ensure the cuff is wrapped correctly before pressing the START/STOP button.
Remain still and do not talk during measurement.
Readings will appear on the LCD screen and automatically save to memory.
