Directions
Add one sachet (53g) to 200–250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake until fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Consume immediately after preparation. Prepared shakes should be consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
