Otrivin Menthol Nasal Spray provides fast, effective relief from nasal congestion by helping to reduce swelling in the nasal passages. It contains xylometazoline hydrochloride, which works locally in the nose to open blocked airways and make breathing easier. The added menthol delivers a cooling sensation for a feeling of freshness and comfort.
Designed for short-term use, this spray helps relieve congestion associated with colds, sinus congestion, and allergies.

Directions for Use
Adults and adolescents over 12 years:

Use 1 spray in each nostril, 2–3 times daily as required

Do not use more often than every 8 hours
Before first use:
Remove protective cap and prime the spray until an even mist appears.
How to apply:

Gently blow your nose

Insert nozzle into one nostril

Press applicator firmly once while breathing in

Remove nozzle and release applicator

Repeat in the other nostril
-
Wipe nozzle clean and replace cap

Active ingredient:

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 1.0 mg/mL
Other ingredients:
Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, disodium edetate, sorbitol, levomenthol, cineole, hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyl, and purified water.

Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days unless advised by a healthcare professional
