How to Use
For best results, apply once a day:

Clean and dry your dentures thoroughly.

Apply adhesive as directed on pack — avoid edges.

Upper denture: One long strip plus two smaller strips in the centre

Lower denture: One long strip

Partial denture: Two small strips

Rinse mouth before inserting dentures.

Press firmly and bite down for a few seconds.
If excess adhesive oozes out, use a little less next time.
Removing

Rinse mouth with warm water.

Gently remove dentures using a rocking motion.

Clean away any residue from dentures and gums with warm water and a soft brush.

For a thorough clean, use Polident Daily Cleanser and rinse well.
