Description
Primapore 10 × 8 cm is a flexible, sterile adhesive wound dressing designed to protect and manage a variety of minor wounds, including cuts, abrasions, sutured wounds and post‑operative sites.
The dressing combines a highly absorbent pad with a non‑woven, breathable backing and a low‑allergy adhesive border, creating an environment that promotes healing while cushioning and protecting the wound from further trauma.
Its soft, conformable construction adapts to body contours and is gentle on the skin.

Directions

Clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin thoroughly before application.

Open the individual sterile pouch and remove the dressing without touching the absorbent pad.

Position the absorbent pad over the wound area and smooth the adhesive border to secure.

Change the dressing daily or more often if it becomes wet or soiled.
