RS Floradix Floravital Tonic 250 ml is a gentle, liquid iron and vitamin tonic designed to help support healthy iron levels, reduce tiredness and fatigue, and aid normal energy-yielding metabolism.
It combines a bioavailable iron source (ferrous gluconate) with vitamin C and B-vitamins, plus natural herbal extracts and fruit juice concentrates, for easier digestion and pleasant taste.
This liquid tonic is suitable for adults, children (from age 3 years with guidance), vegetarians and vegans, and can be particularly useful during periods of increased iron requirement or low dietary iron intake.

Directions
Shake the bottle well before use.
• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 10 ml twice daily, ideally about 30 minutes before meals.
• Children aged 6-12 years: Take 10 ml once daily before meals.
• Children aged 3-5 years: Take 5 ml once daily before meals.
Do not drink directly from the bottle - use the measuring cup provided. Do not exceed recommended doses and consult a healthcare professional if unsure.
Ingredients
Aqueous herbal extract (≈70 %) from hibiscus flower, camomile flower, fennel fruit and spinach leaf; mixture of fruit juice concentrates (≈27 %) such as grape, pear, blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry and carrot; Ferrous gluconate (iron source), rosehip soft extract with vitamin C; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid); Vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride); Vitamin B2 (riboflavin phosphate); Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
