Directions
- Apply one coat of Base Coat (optional) and let dry.
- Apply 2 coats of Roulette Rush Nail Enamel, allowing each coat to dry.
- Finish with a Top Coat for maximum shine and wear.
- To remove, use standard nail polish remover with cotton wool/pad.
