Revlon ColorStay™ Overtime Lipcolor in Perennial Plum is a dual-ended long-wear lip colour designed to deliver vibrant, smudge-proof colour with a glossy moisturizing finish. The liquid lipcolour provides rich pigment that stays comfortable on the lips for up to 16 hours without bleeding, feathering or fading.
One end features the long-lasting colour formula, while the other end includes a conditioning topcoat that adds shine and hydration. Infused with nourishing ingredients such as chamomile extract and emollients, it helps keep lips feeling soft while maintaining a polished, glossy look throughout the day.

Directions
Apply the liquid lipcolour evenly to clean, bare lips.
Allow the colour to dry completely.
Apply the moisturizing topcoat over the colour to add shine and comfort.
Reapply the topcoat throughout the day as desired.
