Strepsils Throat Spray Menthol is a targeted treatment designed to provide fast relief from painful and inflamed sore throats. Its dual-action formula contains a local anaesthetic to numb throat pain while antibacterial agents help kill bacteria associated with throat and mouth infections. The directional spray nozzle helps deliver the medicine directly to the inflamed area for effective relief from sore throat discomfort, mouth ulcers, tonsillitis and pharyngitis symptoms.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Spray twice directly onto the sore or inflamed area and swallow gently. Repeat every 3 hours as required, up to a maximum of 6 times in 24 hours.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients per spray:
Lidocaine (Lignocaine) 780 µg
Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol 580 µg
Amylmetacresol 290 µg
Other ingredients may include flavour, citric acid monohydrate, ethanol, glycerol, menthol, purified water, saccharin, sodium hydroxide and sorbitol solution.
Warnings

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not use if allergic to local anaesthetics or any ingredients in this product.
Consult a doctor if sore throat is severe, persists longer than 2 days, or is accompanied by fever, headache, nausea or vomiting.
Use with caution if you have asthma or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Avoid hot food or drinks immediately after use as numbness may increase risk of burns.
