Description
SUDAFED Nasal Spray 20ml is a fast‑acting medicated nasal decongestant spray designed to provide temporary relief from nasal and sinus congestion due to the common cold, flu, hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies. Formulated with oxymetazoline hydrochloride, a powerful decongestant, it works by shrinking swollen nasal membranes to open up blocked nasal passages, helping you breathe more easily. This spray delivers effective congestion relief for up to 12 hours and can also help relieve associated sinus pressure and discomfort.

Directions
Adults and children over 6 years:
Insert the nozzle into each nostril and spray 2–3 times in each nostril every 10–12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Do not use continuously for more than 3 days in adults or 2 days in children unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% (500 mcg/mL).
Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride (preservative), benzyl alcohol, dibasic and monobasic sodium phosphate, edetate disodium, polyethylene glycol, povidone and purified water.
Warnings
Do not use if you: have active stomach ulcers, are allergic to any ingredient, or are under 6 years of age without medical advice. Do not use for longer than recommended as prolonged use may worsen congestion (rebound congestion). Temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing or increased nasal discharge may occur. Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, prostate problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking other medications. Use only as directed and keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, worsen or new symptoms appear, consult a healthcare professional.
