Description
Telfast 180 mg Tablets are a fast‑acting, non‑sedating antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and chronic urticaria (hives). These tablets help reduce allergic reactions such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itchy throat by blocking the action of histamine — the substance your body releases during an allergic response — without causing drowsiness. With just one tablet a day, Telfast provides up to 24 hours of relief for adults and children 12 years and older.

Directions

Ingredients
• Active ingredient: Fexofenadine hydrochloride 180 mg — a second‑generation antihistamine that blocks histamine action to reduce allergy symptoms.
• Inactive ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, pregelatinised maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, povidone, titanium dioxide, colloidal anhydrous silica, macrogol 400 and colourants.
Warnings
• Not for use in children under 12 years of age.
• Do not take if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any other ingredients.
