Directions for Use
Warm a small amount of balm between your hands.
Gently place both hands on your baby’s chest and massage using slow, smooth strokes. Move upwards along the centre of the chest, across the shoulders, and back down towards the rib area in a heart-shaped motion. Repeat as long as your baby is comfortable and enjoying the massage.
