Directions
Shake the bottle gently before use. Blow your nose to clear the nostrils. Spray twice into each nostril at the first sign of a cold. Repeat every 2–3 hours as needed, up to six times per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Purified Water, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Chloride, Glycerol, Xylitol, Potassium Sorbate, Benzalkonium Chloride, Carrageenan (iota).
