Directions
Turn on the thermometer and hold it approximately 0.4-2 inches (1-5 cm) away from the centre of the forehead. Press the measurement button and wait for the reading on the LCD display. In “body” mode, use the forehead reading only; in food or bath mode, aim the sensor at the surface without touching. Follow all instructions in the included manual for accurate results.
